Promising Results in Treatment with GLX

Treatment with GLX causes improvement in hyperglycemia in Goto-Kakizaki Rats.
The effect of GLX treatment was investigated in diabetic Goto-Kakizaki (GK) rats, a genetic model for Type 2 diabetes and the GK rats showed significantly lowered levels of blood glucose after treatment.

These promising results put forward the probability to develop a pharmaceutical antidiabetic treatment by Glucox Biotech’s strategy and GLX has the potential to be a new therapeutic candidate for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
